Cláudio started his career as an ML researcher in NLP—back when natural language processing was still a niche academic pursuit. That early foundation in machine learning shaped everything that followed.

From there, he moved into software engineering, working across industries and building the architectural instincts that come from shipping real systems. He designed data architectures for companies navigating their data transformations, then returned to AI as the field matured—this time focused on bringing AI products to market.

Today, Cláudio leads AI at Equal Experts, where his work spans AI Products and AI Enabled Delivery. His current passion is transforming how organisations deliver—whether they're building AI products or using AI to build products better.

"Specification quality determines code quality in AI-enabled delivery. The specs you provide to an LLM become the context for code generation. Good context produces aligned implementations. Poor context produces rework."

That perspective—bridging ML, software architecture, data, and GenAI—is what led to Dialog Driven Delivery: a practical framework for teams who want AI to amplify their delivery, not complicate it.

If you ask Liis what she learned first about tech, she'll tell you it's not coding—it's patience. From her early days as a computer teacher to breaking software professionally as a QA, she's spent her career untangling complexity and helping teams make sense of chaos.

Today, she's fascinated by how AI will reshape organisations and how to help teams adopt it without everything catching fire. Her background in systematic thinking, attention to detail, and understanding data relationships makes her perfectly suited for the messy work of transformation.

"If we have data, let's go with data. If all we have are opinions, let's go with mine."

One of her most rewarding projects was with Parloa, where immovable deadlines and ambitious product goals tested every ounce of ingenuity. "We nailed every key feature right on schedule. It felt like pulling off a magic trick."
